medication and repeat prescriptions

If you log in at gezond.nl using your DigiD, you can request repeat prescriptions through your medication overview. In the medication overview, you can select the prescriptions you’d like to request. If you do this before 12:00 noon, you can collect your medication from your pharmacy on the same business day after 16:00.

Is the medication you want to request is not listed in your medication overview on gezond.nl? This may be due to one of several reasons:

  • Some medication cannot be requested online;
  • If you’ve only just registered as a patient with DocLine, you cannot immediately request repeat prescriptions. This is because we have not yet received your medical file from your previous GP. This can take up to 5 business days. Do you want to know whether your file has been sent yet? Then please contact your previous medical practice.

If you request your medication before 12:00 noon, your medication will be available for collection after 16:00 on the same business day.

You can collect your medication from the pharmacy you are registered with. Are you unsure which pharmacy that is? Then please contact us via the chat feature.
