digid and docline

DigiD is a secure way of logging in to government websites and healthcare services. It is used to confirm your identity and is a kind of digital passport for government bodies. This helps us ensure that your data is and remains secure. Don’t have a DigiD yet? You can request a DigiD for yourself and for your child(ren) via the government website.

Logging in with your DigiD helps us ensure we’re dealing with the right person. By logging in with your DigiD, you give your DocLine healthcare provider one-time permission to access and update your medical file. That way, your healthcare provider can provide you with personal medical advice.

For children under the age of 16, you can book an online appointment with our healthcare providers yourself. To do this, you’ll need the DigiD login details for your child. Via this government website, you can create a DigiD for the child as soon as the child is born. After that, your child can plan an appointment themselves or you can do it for them.
