You can book an appointment for a telephone or video consultation online. You do this by logging in using your DigiD and then planning an appointment. Planning an appointment will take you through several steps, after which you’ll receive confirmation via -mail.

The opening hours are as follows:
On business days:

  • 08:00 until 17:00 | Digital and physical care by DocLine Utrecht GPs
  • 17:00 until 21:00 | Digital care by Medical Contact Centre GPs
During weekends and public holidays:
  • 09:00 until 12:00 | Digital care by Medical Contact Centre GPs
In case of emergency, act as follows:
  • Monday through Friday between 08:00 and 17:00: call our practice at +31 (0)30 - 753 94 61
  • Monday through Friday after 17:00 and on Saturday & Sunday: call Medical Centre Utrecht at +31 (0)88 0 130 96 70 (Diakonessenhuis Utrecht).
  • Life threatening? Then always call 112.

Appointment with the physician of the Medical Contact Centre (MCC) can only be made online for non-urgent matters. For emergency care or questions (such as acute pain, serious shortness of breath, pain in the chest), please always contact us by telephone. On Monday through Friday between 08:00 and 17:00, call our practice at +31 (0)30 - 753 94 61. Outside of these hours, call Medical Centre Utrecht at +31 (0)88 - 130 96 70 (Diakonessenhuis Utrecht).

A physician of the MCC is not a physician you may be familiar with from your practice but a GP who works at our medical contact centre. He or she has access to your medical file to be able to assist you to the best of their ability during the evenings, weekends, and on public holidays.

Are you unsure whether an appointment is necessary? You can always use the chat to discuss it with one of our healthcare providers.

You can also book an appointment for your child. You do this by logging in to our patient portal using your child’s DigiD and then planning a telephone or video consultation for your child.

You can change or cancel an appointment by editing your appointment directly in the appointment overview. Here, you’ll also find an overview of all your appointments. Click to the right of your appointment to change or cancel it. You can change your appointment free of charge up to one hour before the scheduled time. Another patient can then use the appointment slot you free up.

It is possible that you are unable to change or cancel your appointment because it is less than an hour before the scheduled time. You cannot change/cancel an appointment within an hour of the scheduled time. Is that not the reason? Then, please contact one of our healthcare providers via the chat.
